Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elixirwax.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. We always strive to do our best to keep our processing times to the absolute minimum for our customers.
Shipping Rates and delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Elixirwax.com utilizes both USPS and UPS shipping. Method of shipping can be chosen by the user during checkout. Delivery delays can occur during high volume shipping times, for instance prior to & during holidays.
*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Elixirwax.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Elixirwax.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Items damaged or lost during shipping will be issued a full refund from Elixirwax.com. A full outline of our refund policy can be viewed below in the Refund Policy section. If an goods are damaged or lost in shipping please contact us immediately at elixirwaxco@gmail.com
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside of the United States and its territories.
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Elixirwax.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You have 15 calendar days to return any item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original container/packaging. Your item must also be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, this is decided on a case by case scenario. Please contact us at elixirwaxco@gmail.com or through the contact box here.
All returns are final. Items sent to Elixir Wax LLC outside of the terms of this return policy may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection of the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuers policies.
In the circumstance of a damaged or lost items during the shipping process you may choose from a full refund of your product and associated shipping costs or allow us to re-send a replacement item immediately.
